Bermuda Fire Protection was born from a collaboration between industry leaders from H&H Plumbing & Mechanical, and Shane McKay. Experts from each field have united to provide Bermuda with high-level fire protection solutions for commercial and large residential projects.

Meet the team

Shane McKay

Business and Operations Manager

Born and raised in Canada with over 30 years in the Mechanical Fire Protection Industry, Shane holds a globally recognized, Red Seal Certification, and has vast experience in a wide variety of large commercial building installations in Bermuda for over 20 years. He is responsible for all day-to-day operations, the management of the BFP team and is the lead for all project maintenance and installs.

Michael Patterson

Project Manager & Estimator

A born Bermudian with 20 years of experience as a plumber and over 10 years of experience as a Mechanical Project Manager. Mike acts as our lead Project Manager and is responsible for the estimating and planning for all sprinkler and fire protection projects.
